1. Shipping Charges
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Flat ₹119/- shipping charge on all COD orders.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
- International Orders: depends on location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, operational delays, or courier issues beyond our control.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- COD orders require phone/email confirmation before dispatch.
- Refusing a COD package without a valid reason may restrict future COD orders from our store.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide a correct and complete address to avoid delivery delays.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
